Regarding the entrepreneurial / project management side of things, I would love to see how you schedule out and execute a long term project (say a month-long project). For some reason my brain can do the high-level planning but I have trouble breaking those down into daily tasks and knowing what's realistic each day. Digital tools are such a great way to make projects more flexible and mailable, but this freedom clutters my brain too 😂

What I did is have a "Planner" db, and 3 types of objects: Goals, Projects and Tasks, by order of hierarchy. Each one has children of the lower hierarchy. The db has 3 Kanban views (Tasks, Projects, Goals) grouping by status and one grouping by hierarchy (All). Then I have templates for each type of object (with a filtered view of Planner showing the children)

Notion is extremely dynamic. I would clone the page. Make a new page named Archive. Save the clone to Archive as week 1 or whatever. That way you have a digital archive

I did not know what notion was before this video and I just found this channel from the google calendar video! SOOO helpful! I've subscribed and am having a blast at 11pm planning my life out 😆 Heads up though, I don't think you need an app to do split screen. On my mac I just click and hold on the green maximize button and split screen that way.
