Ira this is a great goal. I'm doing a 100 envelope challenge, putting $100 in each envelope, so $10,000, but need to do it 2x, ugh! I'm a little nervous about it! 20k is a huge draw though! I had a mole removed, honestly it was $45, omg, why did I wait? Good luck Ira!!

Ira best thing to do is get more off a deposit cause that means your mortgage will be lower each month
