Nice! I'm a big fan of Star-Lord and I'm actually a big fan of that deck! I would say that there are heroes who are perhaps more consistent in a rush style but Star-Lord probably takes the world record when everything lines up. He has an absurdly high damage ceiling. However, I will say Ronan hits you with soooo much - double encounter cards, double boost cards, Guard, Overkill, Surge, etc - that I can see your examples hands/turns struggling a lot in a real game against him. You would have the Milano, but it takes exhausting that and paying a resource to block a treachery and you almost always want to. But this is still really cool and I'd feel good taking it up against Ronan, glad to see more Star-Lord love. Can confirm he can rush in every aspect, though Aggression and Leadership are the best by a significant margin. I also think he works in slower styles in every aspect too. Super versatile hero. (Sorry Valkyrie, he's my GOAT!)

I played a Leadership rush deck with Star-Lord today against Sabretooth, and it was pretty awesome. In the years I've been playing Marvel Champions, this is the first time I've played a rush deck. I beat Sabretooth in the 3rd round both times, first in Standard, then in Expert. Thanks!!

You can also do this build in aggression with Energy Spear as well. Star Lord and his ability to make everyone a Guardian ally allows for so much damage it's crazy. Blaze of Glory is insanely strong with him though.

Very cool! I've actually never tried a rush deck with Marvel Champions. This looked like a fun deck, and I think I'll give it a try against Sabretooth. Thanks!

Super fun deck! I'm going to run it through Mutant Genesis and take the Brawler Role so I can take an Energy Spear and (maybe) a Repurpose. Might not even see them in three turns, but some nice deck if I do.

Hi there, about the "gardian trait" that each allies get, i guess it is only once you're on starlord side ? (so once you get back into peter quill they're losing that "guardian" trait ? Am i correct here ? Wich makes you Avoiding the damage on those allies if you switch identity at the end of your turn ? Thanks in Advance Cheers

Yep if he is Peter he is no longer a guardian
