Thank you for this video Tim ! 👍watching it led me to a more broad/general question : What are the abilities that will help me the most in my life ❓ And I listed 10 Primary abilities divided in 2 main categories and 7 direct benefits : A) Primary Mental / Spiritual Abilities 1) Better understanding / Discernment : - Understanding myself (Psychology, sociology, Mythology) - Understanding other people (Psychology, sociology, Mythology) - Understanding things / ideas (Design , engineering) 2) Focus in an efficient way - Working hard and fast (Parkinson's Law) - Working Smartly / Being Creative ( 80/20 Pareto's Law) 3) Learning faster 4) Better Memory / Recalling (Memory palace, reading ect) 5) Praying B) Social | Emotional / Physical abilities 6) Being Articulate , Good communicator: - Giving clear explanations (Oral and written form) - Negotiation - Develloping positive relationships 7) Sleep better 8) Being Fit : - Working in a regular basis / Fasting - Cooking / eating healthy meals 9) Ability of Being Calm 10) Avoiding addictions 7 Direct Benefits / Results of Having Theses Skills : Being More intelligent Less stress and anxiety / More Calm More conscienciousness / Discipline More Creativity More positive relationships and outcomes socially More Healthy life More opportunities

Here is a summary: 1. "The One Thing" - Ask yourself: "Which of these tasks, if done, make other tasks either irrelevant or easier?" The goal of this question is to identify your lead domino: the task that will set off a chain reaction of productivity. 2. Ask yourself: "Which of these tasks, if done, would leave me feeling proudest at the end of the day?" This question identifies what you would psychologically gain the most satisfaction from completing. 3. Ask yourself: "Which of these tasks can be a success for me even if it fails?" Consider the skills you develop, the relationships you deepen or create, and the energy you get from working on the project. These can be viewed as a success, even if the project itself ostensibly fails. 4. Identify which tasks energize you the most. These are the tasks you're most passionate about and are more likely to follow through on.

All questions trigger your curiosity to seek that particular goal which also reduces the fear off the brain by framing it in a more positive way.💪🏻

It's like 80/20 for projects, I guess.

It feels a bit different from simple 80/20 to me but similar. > Which of these tasks if done makes all of the other tasks on the list and relevant or easier to do? > Which of these tasks would I be most proud to be done with the end of the day? > Which of these if it fails would bring the greatest success? - New skills - New or deeper relationships - Provide life energy - which will give me the most energy + will I be energized by?
