Hey buddy! Thanks for the comment, appreciate it. I'll try to speak more about that in my upcoming vlogs, or maybe upload a short about it. Usually my warm up is - easy running, 10%-15%of the session total mileage. Drills - skips, high knees, Butt Kicks On the way back from each, sprinting back (around 60m) After that dynamic drills like leg swings for 2-3 min If something hurts, or the muscles feel sore, I would add foam roller 4-5 min Warm up is VERY IMPORTANT if you want to have bigger mileage, I was shocked to see once I entered more professional level how warm up is almost one hour! I do around 20 min, but it's defiently a game changer and prevents injuries. Stay decent 💪
