Sir pcswb interview chai kun language ma dinu parne ho ?? Bengali is exempted for those whose mother tongue is Nepali . But is this also applicable to those gorkhas who Are a permanent residents of siiliguri ?? or for gorkhas residing in either siliguri or doars bengali language is mandatory ?
