we don't need doctors for any diseases problem is medical mafia creating diseases by medicines, packed foods, pestisides in our soil, inventing new viruses etc. still if we try to eat clean organic and "RAW UNCOOKED" everything will be fine. consume food as it's don't add anything and eat veg food only no animal food or animal products please. you can watch sadhguru's video why we should avoid non-veg, he has a valid point.

It's anything but Health Care, it's sick care. I've spent 35 yrs in the fitness industry, the bottom line is "There is a big difference in knowing what to do, and actually doing it". Bill Phillips "Most people sacrifice their health in the pursuit of wealth, then spend their wealth trying to recapture their health". Peter Drucker I'm 63 & have taken care of myself for 40 years, & it was consistency, not fanaticism. And certainly I stopped & started like many, yet now it's a way of life. I drink mostly water, rarely soda, I eat fruit, gr veggies, I fast, & only do chicken or fish 2 or 3x a week, never on consecutive days. I walk 25 plus miles a week, 250-300 Push-ups& coach baseball 8 hours a week. And that is fairly easy. People are both mentally apathetic & physically LAZY, PERIOD.

The universe always answers with "yes" to our thoughts and beliefs. Even if you're most prevalent thoughts and beliefs are of being a victim. Pray as if you already have what you're asking for, or all you're doing is reinforcing the feeling of needing what you lack and will continue to lack because of this feeling and belief.

An elite session. It is a pleasure to watch and listen to the interactions between the two elites in their respective fields. The natural humility of Dr Devi Shetty is commendable.

I have been observing Dr Shetty as how he sits and change position, , it’s obvious that he is showing the best way to react confidently. Sadhguru, you’re the best human being.

With due respect: The best part was when Dr. said, " He did to my wife what I couldn't do in 32 years". Sadhguru laughed so joyfully 😃😬

32:00.Mothers mind is definitely the one which can understand the childs mind being very far away. It has an amazing power. It's sometimes surprising that how accurately my mom knows what's going on. To all the moms of all the creatures in this planet 🙏🙏

The balance to which Dr Devi has been trying to achieve is apparent in the very posture Sadhguru Ji is sitting throughout the dailogue. Dr Devi kept shifting from one to another.

What a marvelous connection of healing and play of the divine - one the wise mystic , healing our mind, the other a compassionate doctor healing our bodies ....... After listening to this, my spirit rises and seeks God! The doctor's energy is such a being of grace. God Bless and keep him seems to be Sadguru's blessing!
