Yayyy that was so much fun to watch and it gave me heaps of workout inspo! 😀 I wish I could be more energized to go to the gym five or six times a week. I usually get there four times (always Sat and Sun) but my job drains me too much and I often can't be bothered going before/after work. That sounds like such a cop out I know! 😔
@darciesadd72925 жыл бұрын
Carly Morton don't feel bad on yourself, working full time is hard xx
@shainakennedy5 жыл бұрын
I think 4 times is still more than enough! As long as the quality of those 4 sessions is there, and your nutrition is tailored to suit your goals, i wouldn't be disappointed in yourself for doing 4! I workout nearly everyday, and honestly, it's a massive commitment on my life and energy levels. You're doing well :) xxx
@GeorgieStevenson5 жыл бұрын
Yay glad you enjoyed! Oh don't think like that GF 4 is enough times and so good! You gotta do what works for you and your lifestyle! xxx

At one point you spoke about only doing hiit twice a week now you are somewhat doing full body and hiit everyday, why did you switch it up? Just asking out of curiosity... thanks for all the inspiration by the way!
@GeorgieStevenson5 жыл бұрын
Hey lovely, I stopped doing HIIT because I needed to eat more, train less and heal my body from so many years of over training but now I am in a place where I have put on muscles, I eat enough & this training is to maintain rather than to lose fat. This is just what works for my body and lifestyle right now and I am sure it will change again over time :) Hope this makes sense X
@francinerusso24925 жыл бұрын
Yes, makes sense! Thanks for the response :)

do you have a cheat day once in a week?
@GeorgieStevenson5 жыл бұрын
No I don't have 'cheat days' I eat intuitively so basically I eat what I want when I want, I don't save my cravings for a certain day... I use to and that left me in a bad binging cycle so I don't do it anymore.

This video has made me so motivated - it's similar to what I do at CrossFit! I was also wondering where your blue leggings were from that you wore on Friday? I've had a look on GymSharks website to see if they were from there but I couldn't see them on their site! Xx

How long is the resting time between each stations?
@RCTWorks4 жыл бұрын
usually only 30 seconds or so
@catwang20853 жыл бұрын
@@RCTWorks I disagree
@christinasourlis88475 жыл бұрын
I don’t know if anybody can help me. Do you know the amount of rest time there is between each round or is there no rest. Also in one station do you repeat each exercises after each other - is there rests in between or only in between station?
@RCTWorks4 жыл бұрын
In one station, you move between the three exercises continuously til its finished, then a 30 seconds rest or so, then you move to next station.
@fabulouslovelaugh5 жыл бұрын
Do you have memberships at two different gyms or just one?
@TaniaNgSY5 жыл бұрын
heheh babe for the AMRAP / between stations, is there any rest period? So like for AMRAP 20mins, will there be rest between stations or just continuously for as many rounds as possible till the 20mins are over?
@RCTWorks4 жыл бұрын
No rest haha for the AMRAP's... its very difficult... but between stations there's a 30 second-1 minute break for water
