I'm learning on an ekit. Since I started I'll occasionally hit record and just jam out. I've been learning for about 6 months now. I knew drums would be difficult but I underestimated how much there is to learn and how dedicated you have to be if you want to be a decent drummer. Sometimes I think I'm not doing very well and I suck at this. Anyway I recorded myself yesterday just having fun on the kit. I'll tell you this, it's a night and day difference between my first recording and this one. Maybe I'm doing alright after all. Either way, I'm enjoying the journey. Instead of playing video games or just watching TV I'm actually doing something good for my brain.

So cool! I love gaming too but creating something is so rewarding. Yeah best way to get better at recording is to keep listening back to yourself after each try. Small progress each day will add up!
