Lol I just commented on that first video on the h224, and just saw this one only a month old, so good to know you’re still using the H224. And I did have one question, which is, did you find using a headphone amp being a big help or was just the H224 loud enough via using headphones. I’m in a small space so speakers I can’t use mainly, gotta use the headphones.

i just copped the sterling audio headphone amp. got it hooked up direct to this h22 as one of the outputs (3&4) if you hold output, it will let you monitor in the headphones the sound coming from the headphone amp (directly) only downside is you can't turn up the gain. but when it's plugged into just the headphone amp itself, you can turn up the gain. but from the regular 1&2 outputs compared to the 3&4 thru the headphone amp, there is a nice difference. and that's regardless if your listening from the amp or from that output of (3&4) switch i mentioned, monitoring via headphones directly from the interface. keep in mind, in whatever DAW you gotta set a separate master out directly to the physical 3&4 outs of the interface. the thing no one realizes about this interface is that it's a 2 in 4 out. meaning what you're monitoring, cannot be two different setups out (two sets of monitors) but you could by pass that with what i mentioned above (separate master tracks to the 3&4 outs). i hope this helps, i almost changed my interface but this whole setup really helped a lot to monitor the sound via speakers, and now amplified senhessier 650s separately.
