Sir, can you please help me I am trying to record vocals, but I am not getting clear vocal recordings. I talk to Sterling today and to my understanding I need to mute channel 1 and two to turn off my speakers I believe that's going to solve my problem, but to my understanding, I need to put my microphone into channel one turn on the fan in power, mute one and two, but my question is, do I use the headphone, jack or channel 3 and four to be able to listen to my track while recording vocals vocals.

Could you please help, is it possible to output to all 1,2,3, and 4 at same time? Mine is only outputting from 1 and 2 plus headphones. Or 3 and 4. I cant get it to output all at once - thanks

I got the harmony but I can’t seem to get a clean sound with electric and also I lost the free software info so idk if I’m using this correct. I run to GarageBand on a new Mac but the sound is grainy and flat

I can hear my key oats in my headphones when recording.. but the laptop keeps playing back on its own speakers. Hiw do I get it to play back to the headphone one the front if sterling ?

I just ordered one for djing, ive been pulling my hair out trying to find an audio interface with miltiple outputs, 2x4 and a physical knob for all the outputs, this is the only one after a year of searching

I show you how starting at 3:41 in the video. you have to choose your headphone then turn them up, and the right output in your computer. I hope this helps a bit.

USB yes, audio cables No, you will need XLR or TS/TRS 1/4 inch cable what ever is right for you.
