That was a great demonstration. I've used lovin my bags several times & it's great. It works really well on cleaning vachetta. Once I was wearing a black sweatshirt & I had my speedy on my arm. The black dye from the sweatshirt got all over my speedy handles & the vachetta cleaner took it out. 😃😀🌸😬✌🏻️

This is a great demonstration. And Brasso is a lifesaver! I used it on the last bag, and was so amazed by how well it worked. I keep a few bottles in the house for other brass items, but never thought about using it on handbag hardware until recently. I am so behind! LOL! I have two more vintage LV pieces on the way, and am ready to get to cleaning! But I am so nervous about using the Magic Eraser. I want to try it on the underside of the Speedy handles, but I just don't want to mess them up! LOL!

Yayyy, I can't wait to see what vintage pieces you got. I love the vintage LV items much better than what they are putting out now. Yes you have to feel comfortable with what you use on your bags. So I totally understand about being nervous using the Magic Eraser. I think the trick is to make sure you moisturize. I love this bag. TFW xoxo

@@ladyb7588 They should both get in sometime this week. I had a little bit of a binge shopping moment, and well...that happened. LOL! I agree, vintage LV seems to be more well made than a lot of the current bags. Hopefully they'll get back to the old way of making their items someday, but for now, I'm perfectly happy with buying vintage. 😍 I will definitely make sure to follow up by moisturizing if I ever attempt to use the Magic Eraser. I just don't think I'm ready yet. LOL! (((hugs)))

+DeJah Lee Hey sweetie, yes it really cleaned up my bag, not that it was that dirty. But I just wanted to clean her up a bit. Just remember to moisturize the leather after, that is very important so the leather won't dry out. The Brasso is excellent for restoring the brass pieces. Great video, I love the Lovin my bags products for my monogram bags. I just feel you should always follow up with the conditioner because the cleaner can be drying to the leather. I've always gotten great results. will definitely be trying your method for cleaning the brass hardware on my bags.

Thanks for sharing. I just purchased the Apple Care Cleaning and Conditioner. I have been on a pre-loved buying spree! Anyway, I scored an Alma MM for $300!!!! It is on it's way here, but it is in great shape. I would love to keep it, but I need to fix it up and sell it for way more. If you have any more videos about cleaning the vachetta and the oxidized locks, I would appreciate it. I heard some people say that Brasso changed their formula and it doesn't work well anymore. Maybe you can me a video of cleaning a lock? :) lol thanks girlie xo

Did you use the magic eraser & the Vacketta to clean the side of your purses as well..? the one that is identical to the strap handle that you're showing I'm the video ?

No I didn't use the magic eraser to clean the bag itself. I just used it to remove the dirt from the Vachetta. I used the magic eraser and the cleaner on the vachetta leather. I just used a non scented baby wipe to clean the bag itself. But I did condition both the vachetta and the bag itself after cleaning. You really want to make sure you use a condition on the vachetta after cleaning as you don't want the leather to dry out. Let me know if you have any other question sweetie. I hope this video helps you.....tfw. You can also wet the magic eraser too. Just make sure you wring in out really good.
