Wow I can't imagine the cost of all the overhead... Me and my wife run a 600 student school with 24 teachers. Lot of automation. No overhead. The only person other than ourselves and our teachers we pay to is our accountant.

Well done! Getting to 600 is not easy. That's awesome! Yes, payroll is expensive, but keep in mind, the 2,000 students only makes up for about a third of our revenue streams as a business. When you're not bogged down running the business you can create a lot more profitable income streams and earn exponentially more while having a lot more fun driving the business forward with more innovative projects. But every school owner has a different vision for what they're building and have different priorities around job creation, diversifications, work-life balance and more. Sounds like you're in a great position to build to that next level if you ever get sick of the day to day admin etc. Reach out anytime if we can help anyway. :) Keep cranking!
