I have Milano's too and they also used to look dull. Many recommend to oil them. I did with mine and it removed the chalky look to them. They look a lot more vibrant now....especially the greens.

The dealers in all organized poker tournament hosted by casinos does a (what looks like) normal Overhand Shuffle. But while the dealer is shuffling they keep track of the cards they want to stack, and with a little practice they can manage to put the exact number of cards in between the cards they want to stack to make the next round of dealing favorable for whoever they choose.

seriously doubtful. The standard 2 riffle-strip-riffle-cut shuffle with cards on the table is called a "standard casino shuffle" for a reason. You must live near the sketchiest cardrooms (doubt any licensed full casino is doing this) in the country to get that feeling. If the cardroom is successful at all they'll have table-inset shuffling machines anyway, not hand-shuffling.
