Oh wow, Devin just brought up a point that I hadn't even thought about.... Literally sitting at work right now in tears. I needed reminded that in history we have had many terrible, horrible instances and that today is really no different. I find comfort in that having an almost 4 year old boy. Thank you Devin. ❤

When I was a young mom, I thought the older ladies were crazy, who said , "turn your head and they're grown!" Yall I turned my head and they are 35, 34 almost 33. 31 and one who will be 30 in January! It's true! Enjoy being a parent! Love from Arkansas, Pam

you two need to start a podcast together i would tune in every week! i’m just learning more about God as i’ve always had faith in him but i wasn’t raised religious. as i go thru the hardest thing i’ve experienced in life thus far, the loss of my sweet son Lincoln at 32 weeks gestation, i have found strength only bc of God. God has been with me. God has given me many small mercies in this gut wrenching experience. I truly look forward to becoming closer to Him. thank you Sadie & Devin for helping me along my journey to become closer to Christ 🙏🏼🩵

6:00 I was the same way and my husband, boyfriend at the time, said to me “I think now is the time to have kids more than ever. To raise up that next generation of believers.” It’s hard because we have to give up that control too. Let Go and Let God as they say.

Devin, I remember the daily devotions from the start and loved everything about your content. Sadie, I’ve been with you since Duck Dynasty and DWTS and never left! I am somehow just now learning of the context behind Sisters and Friends, and sobbing all the while. I’m an only girl in my family and have wanted a sister for guidance and inspiration for all of my life. You truly have been that for me for a decade now. Thank you to both of you two for demonstrating to the world what the goodness of God looks like.

I pray that God blesses you in your training and gives you knowledge and understanding and uses you to share the love of Jesus right where you are. with God all things are possible, and i believe you are gonna ace the rest of this year in school🙏

hi, The Lord put on my heart to give you support. nursing School is hard and not for the faint of heart. It takes everything you have emotionally, physically and mentally. But, you are destined to do wonderful things and will give so much to your patients. I was 45 when in NS with a 4 year old and we were in the middle of building a new home! Whew! It was challenging, but doable. Would have many days studying with my daughter and me piled up in bed with all her little books and my anatomy books! As a result, she developed really good study habits. So, even though it is hard, you will get through it and I'm going to put you in my prayers. When you get overwhelmed, just stop, even if for a few minutes, and pray and let His Holy Spirit wash over you and renew your spirit. All the best to you!

Such a good episode! Loved it! I loved Sadie's vision - so cool! Everything we do, we do it all to the glory of God. ❤ One of my favorite parts was when Sadie wished she had a Bible and then her face when she looked down and realized she did! I never heard of Devin's testimony until today and wow! I have watched her videos before and she's very humble and loving and I love her sense of humor! You both are such a huge encouragement and inspiration and thank you both for surrending to God's calling on your lives bringing light and hope to people! "Surely this is a wise and understanding people" "you are the light of the world" God created all things from the essence of who he is which is love. Living by the wisdom and power of love, inviting people to the abundant life God gives us living by wisdom from above, the wisdom of love that is pure and peaceable is an honor. Too it's so awesome to know how God loves us just as we are, imperfect human beings and knowing we have a rock of salvation in Christ we can rely on. Rock of ages enthroned in praises, faithful love faithful love!
