Good on you man, you absolutely save that guy’s life. I started carrying a small first aid/trauma kit after we had an incident on one of my first PA jobs. It’s crazy how quickly life can turn into an emergency, good on you for being so prepared!

Congrats!! feels great doesn't it? Have your own little space away from your house to create and work....good reminders on the tourniquet positioning. I was coming home from work and saw all the helicopters and stuff...later saw it on the news. Crazy stuff.

Good job man! I am a firefighter full time and work in film production on the side. Sounds like you did really well. It can pretty stressful when people have a problem and they look to you to fix it. Glad to see you were able to help them.

Hey, just a heads up that's not an official CAT TQ linked. (North American Rescue manufacturers the CoTCCC rated ones). The Amazon ones do not have rated stitching and tightening the windless will very often break the stitching which means there's no pressure applied to the appendage with the massive hemorrhage. Awesome work here, but definitely swap out the Amazon ones with North American Rescue ones. There a few bucks more. Great work though man. Neighbors are lucky you were prepared and knowledgeable.

Oh good to know, having it fail in that situation would have made a bad situation even worse. I’ll find a better link.

Miss your vlogs my dude but glad to see you doing so well. Can't wait to see when there's no space on that wall for posters of movies you did! You're making Wisconsin proud brotha!

Amazing shop setup! So much open space, benches and tools. Cool to see you make something in it; really elevates the tour. I would love to have something even a quarter of that size. May I ask what the larger building that it's part of is? Like if I wanted to find a similar space in my area what I would look for? And like Matt said, it sounds like you did a great job staying calm in the moment and I'm glad you were able to help them. What a great story.
