Thank you. I've had radiation twice and docetaxel once. Even though docetaxel was in 2017 at the age of 50 I don't feel my brain has ever recovered from chemo brain. So while I understand the comments at the end I still strugle with if I would recomened docetaxel to anyone. I was 50 at diagnosis in 2016 49 rounds of external beam followed by 6 docetaxel with prednisone and dexamethasone. It didn't get all of the cancer I did external radiation again in 2022 now I'm off ADT and waiting to see what my psa is going to do. It has risen more than I hoped but I still have my prostate so perhaps that's to be expected.
