How I Shop ONE Month at a Time - Costco & Azure Haul

I hate going to the grocery store... but feeding 6 people, it is a necessity. The way I handle it all is by shopping in bulk for a month at a time. Come check out what I get on Azure Standard and Costco for the month so I can stay out of the grocery store.

Have you ever tried the Nancey’s sour cream from Azure? It is really good, and you get a discount for buying a 6 pack- I think it would be the same amount of sour cream as your 2 packs from Costco

I have never tried that brand of sour cream but I have their cottage cheese. I will have to give it a try. Thank you!

Did you know you can use Greek yogurt as a substitute for sour cream, get more probiotic and protein? 😎

Yes I do that often for dips and when cooking but we also like sour cream on mexican dishes which we eat often. We do both!

I too shop for the month been doing it for years people ask me all the time about things going bad but like you we use up the things that might have a shorter shelf life first most of our salad greens come from our greenhouse so I don’t buy them.

I use to spend roughly $900 a month on groceries to feed 6 people 3 meals a day at home. We hardly eat out. And of course this depends on the time of the year when the garden is going. But lately with food prices I spend about $1200 a month.

So I always make my own ranch. And then I will experiment with different dressings when we want to change it up! It is the easiest way to stick with simple ingredients when it comes to salad dressing. The girls have been loving the Poppi drinks! I have to ration them out or they would drink them every day😅 Next month I am going to try the Olipop brand which is the type of thing. A healthy soda with real ingredients. I will report back which brand we like the best!

Yes! I have Celiac Disease and all 3 of my girls do too. They all have had very different symptoms. All my recipes and meals are from scratch but gluten free including my homemade bread.
