I just started a new health journey and your channel has been helping me so much. I shop at Costco every Saturday and it’s great to know what foods are healthy and what foods I should pass on. The amount of knowledge you have is a gift for someone like me that knows very little about nutrition but is willing to learn and soak it all up. I have found that Organic produce does not last like regular, especially when purchased at Sam’s or Costco. Keri gold anything is superior. I mix goat cheese with honey, dried cranberries, and pecans as an option in my charcuterie board.
