Anneke is an amazing trainer/coach I’ve trained with her 5 times, totally awesome. Teagan is getting it. Fantastic story. Thanks for posting

The smallest drop actually looks like a great beginner drill for getting the feel of stomping the wheels evenly. It might even be harder than a bigger drop since it's so much more subtle and you have no time to correct the bike from the air. Everything has to come from a good takeoff position. The same small drops with different landing slopes could be a good test too.

Im rooting for your son to totally embrace the sport.

Thank you! Slow and steady, I'm realizing now that this might be a multi-year project...but at least we've got it started (better late than never...)

Looking forward to the next stop in Durango! That’s where my wife and I rented bikes earlier this year, which was the start of my MTB journey.

Right on! I couldn't believe how close Durango was to Moab...two of the best riding spots in the USA within a few hours of each other!

Just came across your channel today. As a dad with a 13 year old son who is starting to ride with me more and more, I related to this video right away. Subscribed.

Thank you! This setup at Bentonville was such an easy way to get him a ton of time on the bike, I feel like we could've just skipped the roadtrip and sessioned this place for a week to get a similar outcome.

@@SuperRiderTV yeah, but then he would have had to Drop The Hammer... and maybe you should save that for week 2 or 3!

Teegan, you’re crushing it! Come up here to Highland Bike Park (NH) next season for “I’m towing my dad in to the Tombstone drop (a 15ft wooden drop, immediately into a 20ft gap jump off of a blind kicker!) Keep doing what you do 👍‼️

That was great and having Anneke pop in for a ride with tou both must have been a load of fun. I wonder if she replaced the toilet rolls she kidnapped from her Mum for a couple of her early tutorials? Nice work Aaron. Teegan is really progressing well, side by side drops, nicely done.

I showed up 1 month after the tornadoes. I didn’t know it had been hit, and so much of the city and trails were shut down. Your clips still show some trails down. How was it? None of the locals that post are talking about the status of how the clean up is going.

I was there around the same time, we stuck to that one zone almost exclusively, just to make sure we weren't getting in the way (but obviously had a ton of fun in that area). Haven't heard any updates in that area, but hopefully they're making progress!

It's a little further up the path, by the All American trail and the jump park - right off the Razorback Greenway (the paved route). There's a bathroom and a kiosk right next to it, too.

what trail were you on when you found the practice drops, I was there looking for things like that and couldn't find any.

It's right next to the All-American trail, right off the Razorback Expressway. There's a Beginner pumptrack-style section and then this drop setup is right next to it.

Yo thank you for the awesome video! Any quick tips unknown to a beginner for jumping out and back into a truck bed? Or still just the same technique? I’m weary of looping my bike down under the chassis. Any advice will help tremendously!
@SuperRiderTV13 сағат бұрын
My best advice would be to start smaller and build up to that height, to be honest. Aside from that, especially with such a short runway to create speed, you'd likely be better off with a wheelie drop technique. But honestly, I would highly recommend perfecting your skills at much, much lower heights before taking it up a notch.
