I lived in Banff for 2 years and it is gorgeous ! Lots of mountains so a lot of hiking to do, the lakes are just stunning (minnewonka lake, lake louise, etc.)

Oh NO! You really just unlocked a memory for me: Do NOT part your hair with a knife! Trust me- I’ve made that mistake. It was just a butter knife but it cut my hair and I had tiny stick-y-up-y baby hairs down the center part of my head for a long time! I felt so stupid!

Hey Rachel! I live in Calgary (Banff is like 1 hour from here) honestly Banff is magical, but I would highly recommended if you guys like hiking, kayaking, biking, omg you will fall in love with the stunning views! You can stay at Canmore, it’s a little cheaper. Btw I love your videos!! ✨

I live in Bc and we love the rockies!! Everytime I drive through to visit family in Alberta, it’s just amazing and absolutely gorgeous, especially to see how God has created places like these. We also stayed in Banff and it was incredible, the hikes are amazing and so are the lakes(you’ll have to get up really early to be able to see lake Louise because it’s so popular in the summer.)

I love your videos. I am a Canadian and live in British Columbia and love going to Banff Alberta for holidays. Lake Louise is very beautiful and the ice fields are amazing even though they are melting. If you have never been it is a must to see.

We did Banff the first week of September last year. It was amazing. Stayed at Peaks Hotel and suites and it was great. Brand new hotel and very walkable to the main downtown Banff strip of shops and eateries.

For greasy hair...just sprinkle some baby powder, instant volume and it soaks the oil.It should be massaged really well into the sculp. This was the best tip I have ever received, I use it also before workouts. Cheap and it does the dry sampoo job perfectly.

Ah Banff and Lake Louise 🥰 so so beautiful. Went in July years ago. Unfortunately don’t remember the hotel but one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. Worth it but not with the prices mentioned in your Podcast. I flew from Germany and the amount you mentioned we payed for 10 days Canada in total. Was quite shocking.

Definitely go to Banff!!! It is worth the investment! September is actually an amazing time to go! I've been multiple times during that time and the lakes are still open for canoeing and the weather is perfect and it isn't as touristy! July and August is VERY busy and I personally wouldn't recommend going during that time! I also recommend staying in Canmore as it's a little cheaper. The hotel I always stay at is called Stoneridge Mountain Resort! Hope this helps!🥰

Wait what happened to the dishwasher?!? My husband works in property management he can probably just get the piece needed and fix it lol aawwwww hope it gets fixed soon. Not the end of the world but once you have a dishwasher it’s hard not to have it 😊

@@RachelVinn it must’ve came loose and then the heating element under it melted it 😕 if you want send me a pic of the serial and model number of the dishwasher and I can ask my husband to look it up for parts. Not to impose sorry lolol I saw it’s been a month and I’m like what the heck they need help! 😂😂 sometimes it’s worth fixing as opposed to buying a whole new one. Reminded me of my sister’s dishwasher wasn’t draining properly for a while and he got a piece for it that was like $30 and fixed it. They were almost going to buy a whole new one to not deal with it and it’s an expensive dishwasher.

@@RachelVinn I asked my husband and he said the sprayer would need to be ordered to just click back in. Through one of his vendors it’s an inexpensive part . Totally fixable as long as the heating bar did not burn the area where it clicks in which in most cases it doesn’t. So easy to fix not a big deal at all.
