Recover well dude edit: im 20 and also going thru knee surgery... again. So word of advice from me. Study your old film and how you move, then work with a physical therapist to see where you avoided moving previously. For example if you used to always land on your left leg after jumping then your right isnt used to that motion as much and is more prone to injury. You've gotta rebuild stronger ALSO GET YOUR EXTENSION AND DONT PUT WEIGHT ON IT BENT UNTIL AT LEAST 4 WEEKS
