As someone who is Chinese but adopted, it’s fun to see different recipes as someone who doesn’t know many! I’m sorry about your hair omg, so frustrating but at least they didn’t yolo and mess up your extensions 🥲 Andy and Michelle being your friends is so fun/cool to me because I’ve watched them on Tik tok for awhile now!! Such a cute friendship LOL. Macarons are so hard for no reason!! I remember my mom making me some for a birthday party in the south in summer LMAO… best mom for somehow pulling that off!!

Try using parchment paper instead of the silicone baking one for the macaron. I think it got something to do with the distribution of heat but for me making macarons on a parchment paper made the macarons come off easier and the macaron "feet" will be much visible
