There are many ceramic places in Japan. It's called yakimono. I guess you can get them even in Tokyo. But visiting a local ceramic place is the best.

my aunt says macaus better than hong kong - cheaper and better food etc but i went to hong kong just a few weeks ago and ive been to macau and id say they’re on par lol it just depends on what floats your boat!! hong kong has such good english influence like i love cantonese cuisine but since i was in mainland and hk i missed like coffee culture (new zealand) and they have some great cafes. like crazy great cafes, so nostalgic and also great bakeries esp in 中環 obv though everything around that area is expenny
