I tried the second method and it’s awesome, I’ve always had insecurities about doing box braids because I wasn’t able to grip the hair as much but this method really grips and keeps the hair close to the scalp, I tried it today and I loved it. THANK YOU!!!

My auntie taught me an easier way! You just get three parts of the hair and then get one from one of the sides and cross it with the middle one and then do the same with the other side 💜💜💜

This technique was beautiful, and it looks super easy. U guys are definitely right, I like both knots; but that smaller knot a little bit neater than that bigger knot. Either way though, the technique was great and helpful; and I will DEFINITELY give this a try. Preciate ya'

This video is literally perfect. I don’t know how many tutorials I’ve watched that say they’re detailed, but they don’t even show the braiding method. They just jump right into the process and half the time their fingers are covering the whole top part of the braid 🙄Thanks for doing a neat job

FYI jam will make hair slick beautiful but it eventually sheds the orange Murray’s grease or a healthy edge control should still give that affect add gel with Murray’s a oil or hair grease or all depending on hair texture type and what is best for the look your trying to achieve hope that helps someone🌈🌟🌸💐🌻❤️❣️💖💞💓💝
