How would you recommend starting out if I don't have access to a garage?

Anything you can do, to control the environment around you will help, even a large tent. But I'd recommend doing the wraps at the car owners location if they have a garage if they have one. Also try to find a tint shop or detailer in your area and ask if they would allow you to use their space in exchange for your wrap services.

What licenses did you need in the LLC process?

You’d form it with your Secretary of State for the State you’re in then get a business license from your local jurisdiction (city or county).

How were you able to get your first customer?

My first paying customer was someone who knew I was into customizing cars and asked me to do something with hers. The first paying customer that didn’t know me was from Offerup or Letgo, I can’t remember which at the moment but I did tail light tint on his Subaru. He actually came back and had me redo it because it started peeling 😬 I was very active on FB Marketplace, Offerup, Letgo, etc.

How much wrap would you need to wrap a mid size truck?

I always recommend a full 75ft roll. That's large enough for most vehicles with some extra for mistakes.
