Sharing some insight on my current fitness routine. Really want to buckle down and get serious about strength training again and it's a little hard considering certain circumstances in CDMX. The gyms are not my favorite there or toooo rich for my blood. It's nice that I get to discover new ways to stay in shape since I'm essentially FORCED, but I'm enjoying it for what it is. I just want to do my best to stay active everyday and these are some things I manage to do.
