I have a wirless quadlock mount for my phone that takes care of that. If you want an additional charge port, that's also an easy solution also available through quadlock. But if you own an iPhone, then this route is not needed. Thanks for watching and commenting 🙏 ✨️🫂✨️

I am using an IPhone. .i gave up trying to get android auto on the new bike.

@stuartberke5845 for the iPhone, it's straight up easy, and there is no need to add this device. But you need to own a Harley-Davidson Sena headset for it to work, however I can always double check that with testing my new cardo to see if it works too if that's something you would like to know. ✨️🫂✨️

Yes. I have a device from maedhawk that is connected to the usb port and gets paired to the radio. It also has a charge port. It's available on Amazon. Works great with apple car play. But yes it does need a headset or something to trick it to think that there is a head set present.

@stuartberke5845 gotchya now, yea it needs to be activated via a headset. When I first got the bike if I wanted to get the apple carplay to work wirless I switched on the headset and dropped 🫳 into the cubby. Beats the whole purpose just to get carplay activated 😆 🤣 😂 but then I was like I am done with this route and have the mobile mounted on perch and steam my music into my headset 😆 🤣 😂

Sounds good. I can use car play with a wire or wireless. It works well either way. Im sticking with the iPhone for now. Just seems to connect faster than my Samsung. And its just easier all around..
