Brilliant video Tom, thanks a lot, I really enjoyed it. I would really love to see you film an entire training session and upload it unedited, maybe with some commentary in parts. It may be a super long video, but I'd find it really interesting to see how many combos you drop or what your consistency is like on three revolution tricks etc, as well as the entire process that you described of taking your trainings in a direction that you've pre-determined, over the course of an hour, whilst being able to listen to what you think about each combo, as well as how you were feeling during the training. What's more, as someone with a more basic lower level, I find the simple combinations, for example the one in this video described as an advanced warm up combo that started with two LATW's, the most inspiring, as it may be attainable for a more advanced beginner freestyler in the immediate future.

Such a good video once again! Since you were interested in hearing about training programs I could present mine. My training program has been changed a lot during the last year (switched my style to lower in april 13), but now I have found a program that always keeps me motivated to train. Every second day I practise random combos, where i have a few different combos in mind, and every 4th day I either practise weak foot stuff or matw & amatw nt. My sessions usually last 1,5-2 hours. I only have a day off if the weather is bad. My warm up and cool down consists of long combos. Usually around 20-50 tricks. Gonna have a few extra sessions in the next weeks where I will improve my weak atw record, as I am not happy about either the style or its consistensy.

How do you incorporate sits in your training? I usually do 30 minutes at the end of 4 sessions and 1 hour out of the week just doing sits.
