Ahhh! Always get so excited for your videos!! And you being so detailed in describing how much time you spend and how you use it in study. It is so helpful❤ Being in school and working full time means I was really confused how to fit things into my day. But other than that, I don’t have much useful or interesting to say, I just really hope your channel keeps growing because you are amazing!

This was a very interesting and motivating vlog again! I really enjoyed watching it. Especially this focus on one of your languages approach, was great and gave me a good insight on how much time you invest in that language. Your bite size approach with shorter study sessions of 20,30 or 40 minutes at the time and per day makes this a whole lot more workable in full-time job workweek. Thanks to your inspiration, I started to do shorter study sessions during the week lately too and it really helped me to make better progress. Although I still struggle a bit with finding resources with shorter chapter or tasks that I can finish in a approximately 25 minutes study session 😅. Anyway, when watching your video I was wondering on how do you study vocab in Mandarin Chinese or Russian? Do you use some kind of spaced repetition system like Anki or other flashcards? Or do you note down new vocab otherwise and learn it? Thanks for this great video again and until next time 👋🏻

Thank you so much again for your support and for always giving me feedback! I have noted your questions about vocab study, I do plan on talking about this topic in a future video: I have a lot to say haha I need to gather my thoughts 💭

so nice! As always Does anybody know similar content or websites as in 16:40 (free to learn Chinese) but in Japanese? Some kind of easy-to-understand things as I see in the video (I already know Comprehensible Japanese). Any Japanese KZbinr also, with an easy-to-understand pace or content? not even sure how to start searching hehehe Thank you all

I really enjoy your videos. I have one question: I can see that you are a native English speaker, but you are using books that are translated from Japanese to Chinese. What is the benefit of doing so? I’m curious to know why you are not learning by translating from Chinese to English and back to Chinese, but instead are choosing to go from Japanese to Chinese. It would be great if you could answer this question, as I am also learning Japanese and currently at an intermediate level. I’m curious to understand the reason behind this approach.

Actually I am a French native, English is only my second language! To answer your question, I use one book in Chinese with translations in Japanese for learners because my level in Japanese is enough for me to learn another language through it (this is called the laddering method). And of course, going through English or French would be much harder since those languages are very far from Chinese! 🇨🇳 instead it is much closer to Japanese ✨👌🏻

@@arinoyume Thank you so much for your detailed answer. If I decide to learn Chinese in the future, I will definitely keep this point in mind. However, I still have a long way to go with Japanese. It’s lovely to see how you are learning and inspiring others to learn different languages. Quite inspiring. Keep up the good work!🥰👍
