Hi, no you can’t. Better to get it from the province you plan on working in. You can start applying just before coming, say you have the certificate already and once you land you book an appointment and get it done.

@@SommyCharles Hi Sommy hope u are doing good...please I have just completed my wes evaluation of my HND (courses by course Evaluation) though I haven't received the hard copy but from my wes account Wes said it is equivalent to a 3years diploma and a postgraduate certificate (1year) but they did not tell me the level of education that am eligible to apply in Canada with such report.., so my question is can I apply for a Masters program with it...thanks

CPR certificate is under first aid. I think you can apply before landing but there’s no need. I think it’s better to wait till you get here, then work on it. It’s just a day so it doesn’t take time.
