Thanks for posting this. My contribution to your already great suggestions, regarding the blanket you use (time stamp 4:09), I'm using white sherpa from the bulk section at my local fabric store (JoAnn's). You can get it in different colors and often it's on sale. About $7.00 - $13.50 per yard (36" x 58").

Awesome I'm glad you found something that works well for you. I'm sure that sherpa fabric holds the clothes at more of an angle as well. Thank you for watching 🤟

Really helpful information and while some of it seems obvious at first, it’s such a good reminder to keep putting in that extra effort. I’m also glad to hear that some of the things I’m doing are working in my favor, while maybe some of them could use some work! 😊 Thank you!

Yes its not too hard to beat most of the competition. Just have to be willing to do the basics. Thank you for watching 🤟

I use melamine instead of plywood/posterboard. It's durable and super easy to clean.

We build lightboxes for ppl at a cost of about $5. Go find 3 cracked screen LED tv, a piece of whiteboard and some duct tape. We should do a video about it. But it works

Excellent video as always. I have a great "small item" photo booth but I really need to invest/reorganize to create a large item display. I'm looking at a fold down wall mounted table since I don't need this often. This does spell out why I hate selling clothes and only do it when I have too 😂!
@SecondChancePickerАй бұрын
Yes I know that feeling. I use to take photos on the floor and that got old quick. I hope you find something that'll work for you and make it easier. Thank you for watching 🤟

I have the 15 plus but it is always turning yellow when i am taking pictures of blue items do you know how to fix that issue? Thanks
@SecondChancePicker26 күн бұрын
Try having it focus on the background by touching the screen. Other than that just have to play with the adjustments until you get an accurate color.

New items : Download someone who did an exceptional job at taking photos. There are some super easy to use tools to download ebay's photos in one click. I just add few more pictures of mine with the actual sealed box, sizes, packaging,etc,..

Women's jeans especially larger sizes women like to know the thigh measurement.
@SecondChancePickerАй бұрын
Yes more measurements you can provide the better. Thank you for watching 🤟
@abipalm5693Ай бұрын
I am interested in knowing how you do clothing measurements. I spend too much time on this and dislike it.
@SecondChancePickerАй бұрын
I only list the inseam and waist size for pants which I take from the tag. Every other measurement I just photograph, I do not put those numbers in the item specifics. As far as taking the photos, I hold the ruler and snap the photo. I don't over think it and just blaze through them quick. Hope that helps.

It is pretty. Now, how would you lay out long items like men's coveralls?
@SecondChancePickerАй бұрын
I use to, but I prefer the clean white/gray background. I personally think it makes the item look more professional. Thank you for watching 🤟
@donwarnick1089Ай бұрын
People are lazy at heart. Some of these pictures I see are hard to believe. When you have grandpa taking a nap in the background or the item sitting on a dirty blanket it’s just crazy.
