Tip I found All by accident HAND SANITISER AND Q TIP , coat tip I gel sanitiser and slowly poke under tape it releases easily plus its cheap to buy sanitiser than expensive products to release tape, I use all time no issues plus doesn't pull hair out

Army barbie 3131 Barbie that is not what a topper is for. You don’t need to wear anything under the topper because it blends with your own biological hair. Hope this helps you understand what a topper is.
