except for the plaiting, that`s the same knot i use to sew my clothes back together after a day of harvesting "WILD" black berrys thank you for the tips and ideas, hopefully there will be more in the future

I like to use a small blunted sewing needle for through hole work, it makeʻs it faster and more accurate. Awesome work as always.

Tena koe e hoa. What drill bits burrs sizes etc do you use to drill those ringbolt holes? Is it one of those flame type burr? Is it better to drill from both sides and meet in the middle? What size braid were you using for above lashing? Been enjoying your videos especially the lashings mauriora

I use a 1.5mm sphere burr for the pilot hole then a 2LR 2mm burr to widen it. Sometime use a flame or triangle to smooth the edges of the holes. I don't worry about going from both sides. I used 1mm waxed polyester. Kia kaha e hoa
