Did almost the same thing with Ferizaj, managed them after starting the save unemployed with them being the only club that offered me a job. It was supposed to be a journeyman but ended up sticking with them for 7 years (lost access to my FM24 account and stopped playing). I got them the Conference League quarter finals, Europa league round of 16 and lost my access when they were playing on the CL group stage. Loved the video and I'm gonna finish watching it later. I just watched the whole thing and halfway I realized how little you had views which was crazy cause the video was amazing, I also noticed you were very good at scouting and maybe you can do a moneyball save challenge next time and to make it harder you should only sign players that are of the same nation as the club to honor “The Hater”. So far on my save with Baglan Dragons i won 2 Tier 2 league cups , 2 JD welsh cups ,1 cymru south and 1 Cymru premier. I have guided the Dragons into the UECL league phase how well it all started in the UCL qualifying beat sheriff champions of Moldova 1st qualifying round,beat Dinamo minsk champions of belarus 2nd qualifying round ,lost to Dinamo Zagreb only losing 2-0 .in the UEL playoff we played slovan bratislava and lost. But in the conference we beat a Macedonian team 3 -0

Thanks! It's a combination of amateur/non-contract scouting, my scouting team finding good players and also just looking around in national teams and youth national teams for the newgens. I don't think it has anything to do with how many leagues, no.

IIRC, UEFA just moves your team's games to the biggest stadium in the country/one that passes their parameters for European games if your stadium isn't big enough initially.
