Great content! I would rate you a solid p400 or maybe even p500 in Belgium. I'm p400 and have a similar skill set as you, but specialised in playing right side. In Belgium, the rankings go from p100 to p1000(p100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 700 and 1000). How is it like in the UK?

great training. how long do you need for this training. for example 45 min. of individual training and 45 minutes of 1:1 game so 1.5h? or is one hour enough?

Have tried this drill previously but nowhere near this intensity. Will need to try it again. Really keen to try these Pallap rackets, which model did you prefer? I really liked the AT10 you used previously so keen for a similarly spec racket.

Padel is expensive with 4 players but with 2 it is 2 times worst. I sometime train with my padel racket on a tennis court because it is very cheap.
