Did it take you any period of time to get used to training while fasting? Some days I get super fatigued if I don't eat but other days I'm able to do a bit more. Not Muslim but have been interested in intermittent fasting for a while now

You should be fine, seeing as intermittent fasting allows for water, whereas Ramadan fasting doesn't allow any hydration whatsoever
