It's so funny, I am doing this exact plan. 1500 calories, strongman training in the morning, 50 minutes to 1hr cardio with 140+ heart rate, and 9-10 hours of sleep. I listened to this video and it just reaffirmed that it is possible, zero excuses. I hope more people find your channel. Your videos are amazing and inspiring. No nonsense, just results.

I’m a firefighter and my sleep cycle is screwed to say the least. What are some things I can do to get my sleep and still be a Dad and Husband and not sleep all day? It’s a struggle for me to recover as of late with some nights of ZERO sleep
