It's goal dependant, but for health, general fitness, and longevity all a person needs is floor space, their body, and gravity. As far as kettlebells? I got nothing against them. They're a tool. My problem is the myth created around them by Pavel and DuCane to sell them, training, programs, and certifications, when all that is needed is a dumbbell.

62, Transplanted. None of my own kidneys. Medicine induced pre diabetes. I work to survive. 4 x 2 hours per week. Fasting interval, 3 and 5 days. I'm fitter now than I was in 35 years military service.

Why are the front of your feet lifting up in the Roumanian Dead lift. My trainer tells me my feet should be anchored and firmly in contact with the floor?????

2800 calories? I wish I could eat that many and lose weight. I'm 46 years old and 5'8, 195lb my 500 calories deficit would put me at 1587. :D

Started counting calories over the weekend. Not fun but feels essential. I've increased my activity levels, but my weight is stable if not slightly higher, so I had to do something. Good timing on the topic. Learning a lot. I follow better what's in the 90 (kill it and cook over fire and natural state fruits / veg). Grains, dairy and for me 1 Dorito go in the 10.

With all do respect your clean form is wrong the kettlebell must go around the hand not over it an bang in your forearm, btw the 3 best exercises FOR kettlebells+a bonus are clean and press I agree with you, snatch, swing and the double kettlebell or single kettlebell front rack squat, truth is I like a lot get ups to😁 for details because I'm just average on kettlebells watch Lebe Stark Gregory D. and his wife they are both the best in all about kettlebells, and I like your channel and your training methods simple fast and hard💪 keep up the good work

I find you just wonderful and generous with your audience. I am a female with an athletic shape thanks to my Dad and Mom, wide shoulders narrow hips, and long legs. I Have always been active, however, I've been looking for SPECIFIC exercises to build my lats and the back, front, and middle deltoids, as well as my INNER FORARMS. Do you have a course for my weaker parts online for women? or do you train in your own studio, where are you located? I am really pleasantly surprised, that I found your video on Lats and, that I could perhaps train with you online
