For 2 weeks I'm waking up at 3am. But sometimes 3.30am. I usually wake up 8am. I wanted to make myself disciplined so I tried to wake around 6am. Task accomplished 👍. Then I moved it to 5 am to study. A good filter coffee helped and motivated me to wake up so early. Then by default I wake up at 2.30am one day.From the next day onwards I started to wake up 3- 30am. Then around 6am me and my mom and my Jacky(dog) we go for a walk around 4kms. This keep me active the whole day(summa sone apo apo kutty kuty rest. Mandatory afternoon 1hr sleep) This is my kutty success story of making myself disciplined. Note: I never set my alarm. From Even 8am to 3am. Unlocked my +5 extra hours on my day.

i quit the video as soon as i here to play game early morning on phone, because when we take screen early morning the energy within us drains out and rest of the day we feels tired. Don't try this method ever in your life.

I think 4 am to 9 am is the best time to study... I wake up at 3 am and then go for a jog and then take a bath. After that I pray to GOD and then starts my study.

lemme give yall a suggestion . suppose you sleep at 3 am everyday and wake at 11am. so what you have to do is just try sleeping 1 or 2 hours more in the morning like try waking up at 1-2 pm and just dont sleep the whole next night . complete the work that requires focus till 5-6am in the morning and go for a run.youll not feel sleepy at all. after 9 am its the tough time . try not to sleep till 6 pm and around 7-8 pm go to bed and BOOM! youll wake at 5-6 am in the morning

bruh u're procrastinating and day- dreaming bcoz u've got time to do so. remember the time u had exams; syllabus bcha hua tha and u were stressed? procrastination and day- dreaming don't happen at that time na? u were just focused on working more right? so, to overcome these 2 problems, remember your purpose; and IF THE WORK TAKES LESS THAN 2 MINUTES TO DO, JUST GET UP AND DO IT. hope this helps :) !

Rather than trying to wake up early in the morning with the help of anything like app, alarm clock etc, I chose going to bed early and trying to sleep before 10 pm and I am getting the result. But it will take few days to be a habit for forever, I know. I am Ok with that.
