Here’s a list of motivations Im gonna try and I’ll tick them if they work (like this so I make myself accountable): - chant an inspiring quote to yourself in the morning - exercise - read a book I like - play Minecraft - create a vision board - make a log on my journal - Play music - Make a list of things to accomplish - turn lights on - set an alarm 30 minutes later - go to a cafe - take aesthetic photos - law podcast - build commercial awareness

I always set like 25 alarms with a 10 minute gap and end up turning all of them off in my sleep and wake up at 11am 😂

I used to have this problem lmao, I found that it helps to switch where you put your alarm clock or phone every couple of weeks so your body doesn’t get too used to where it is

This is what works for me: I don‘t usually have a proper dinner, especially after 7 pm, so I wake up motivated enough to stand up right way and grab myself a breakfast 😂

Easy explanation of all of Faye's tips in this vid- -if you're addicted to your phone, then set an alarm a few minutes before your desired time to wake up and use your phone till the desired time. Example- If you want to wake up at 9am you can set an alarm for 8:45 am and use your phone till 9am. Slowly replace using your phone with healthier habits like reading. -use triggers that will help you wake up early like using a specific alarm tone for waking up, leaving the curtains open so that light can come inside in the morning when you wake up. -ask yourself what you want to accomplish when you wake up and how you are going to accomplish it. -if you want to sleep early, then you will have to completely shift everything in your life and do it early like you will have to have dinner earlier, shower earlier etc. just to sleep earlier -tell others that you are a morning person. It will help you to actually become a morning person.

The reason why I'm willing to wake up early at 4AM consistently every day is because: 1. The dead silence of 4AM making studying a lot faster and easier. 2. I'm a senior uni student and I have a part-time job plus I'm trying to learn an income skill at the same time so waking up early gives me more time to do the things I enjoy (Thank you Faye for your "How to wake up at 4AM" video!) 3. I live with my family and they start their morning routine at around 6AM which can make a lot of noise around the house, avoiding that time to study is GOLDEN. Highly recommend watching Faye's "waking up at 4AM" video if you're dead set on being an early riser~

the staying in bed reading for a while before getting out of bed might be genius advice. Maybe its not that we want to continue to sleep. we just want the comfort and warmth. i will try this, being careful of not falling asleep. i ignored the potential of this when trying eeeverything possible i would still get up, turn off alarm and go back to bed and sleep till 12pm :') but there it is, my body was annoying off the drastic change, i just need to be awake reading from here streching in my sheets and breathing before getting up :-)

I used to sleep at 10.15ish and wake up at six without even thinking about it but my mum (bless her soul) told me that I really needed to sleep more especially during vacation cuz I was still tired but that put my sleep out of balance. Even though I slept for 12 hours today, I am surprised to not feel groggy. I feel good

I really want to include the following activities in my schedule/timetable but not able to 1.Enough time for Self-study 2.Tuition 3.hobbies/Extra-curriculars 4.Take a walk/Spent time with friends 5.Self-care/Reading books/Journalling 6.1 hr for workout+Meditation 7.Separate time for HW/Assignments/other school stuff 8. 7-8 hours of sleep too! I have no idea how to fit these activities in my schedule. I don't know that how much time should I give to each activity. My time management skills are very poor, and I have already watched your video on it too. But I want your more guidance/tips on making timetable. I used your tip to keep track how many hours of sleep my body needs and it was mainly: -if I sleep 7 hours, I will feel sleepy the whole day and end up sleeping in the afternoon -8 hours is so-so, I feel okay but not really happy -9 hours is it for me, anything more than that is a BIG NO thank you sm for this video. listening to your first tip made me realise that during lockdown I used to wake up early just so I could watch this really interesting series and doing that again could work! ill update here

Hi Faye! Thank you so much for this video this is really very HELPFUL. As you know, I've exams going on currently, I'm most likely to only sleep for 6 HOURS. I go to bed at 10:30 PM and wake up at 4 AM. I don't know but for some reason, I feel fresh and I'm able to process the information. During the exams, I'm getting up early in the morning and studying which is REALLY very effective. But the thing is, I got dark circles and I feel lazy to do anything after coming from school. I'll definitely take care of my health too but the stress makes me so anxious, I do have sleep debt. Fortunately, my exams are going to get over next week and I'm surely going to schedule my SLEEP time. Thank you so much! ❤ I know this is a delay for now but.. I can't really do anything as I don't feel confident enough to do it without getting early in the morning. But I'll surely apply this once my exams are over! Hi my college starts from 7 30 . It's a half hour ride with out traffic, as a Muslim after praying morning prayer I have a internal battle with me to go back to sleep after praying or go to college. What I do is I use my phone for 2-3 minutes and make my mind to get ready for college ...😂. Just started my 2 nd sem of engineering 🎉. Something that I find useful is using apps that control my sleep cycle so I can wake up with no effort because the alarm wakes me up in my light sleep phase

The moment i saw your video, I knew you would come up with different things. I tried a new routine last year where i would wake up at 2-3 AM and then watch 1-2 anime ep and have tea, then i would get back to my studies. That was the only time i woke up willingly because i sensed that morning routine does not work for me, and i was productive in night time, so i chose a middle ground, and that routine lasted for a week which is an ACHIEVEMENT for me. Still trying to get back at that but my college does not let me for god sake.

Now a days I'm waking up without the alarm like just before my alarm rings and it feels so good. I'm waking up at 4 am daily and i play clash of clans for a little while haha. Your tips are always the best and easy faye. ❤
