Good morning Vivian. You are so right about the thickness at the top because with other coin purses you have that metal hinged piece that keeps it closed. But with origami you don't need it because the opening is so thick that the coins won't fall out. I love the envelope flap of this one, but I also really want to make the one you did with the lace. Maybe I'll have to make both. Good origami practice. Right now I'm working on the wallet for my husband. I look forward to seeing the video of the boys BD. I place it in my handbag and so far it been there awhile now, haven’t been falling out because the thickness of the top Sandra. You can add Velcro on both sides if you like.
