Did your company give you a car allowance or did they provide the Tesla for you?

They provided the Tesla for me. Usually the company covers all the cost and I believe I pay like just over $100 to use the vehicle for personal use monthly.

Hey, I recently came across your videos, slowly digesting, I'm interviewing with McKesson currently, got through the recruiter and the first interview, 2nd interview I'm thinking next week? Your videos are helpful, but it seems like Styker is a ... competitor but different? I'd love any advice you have on them.. the company? Etc. It's for Field Sales Development, so a big emphasis on development, position doesn't start until June.

Hi there and thanks for the support! Field Sales Dev… so I’m not 100% sure what this role would intel, but if it’s exactly as it sounds then my focus in the interview process would be training and development. These companies like to throw you straight to the wolves from the very beginning with little to no product training. Reps would do a lot better if they had confidence in the products they’re selling as well as how to approach those conversations. I’d ask if McK has any best start programs in place and have a suggestion as to why this would be beneficial etc. I hope that helps.

I had my phone interview for an Upper Extremities Sales Associate Position for Stryker this morning! It went really well and I am so excited for the next steps, I have done a tremendous amount of due diligence. Fortunately, I have 2 really close connections that will help me throughout my interviewing process, regardless of that, I know I must be prepared for every single interview. I just bought the Gallup review questions on Amazon! I have watched a lot of your videos but any further advice you could share would be greatly appreciated, I followed you on LinkedIn and I would love to chat on there.

Congrats on getting into the process! That’s definitely one of the hardest steps out of the way. Did you use one of those close connections as a referral in? That will be very helpful as well when it comes to the Gallup. I’ve spoken to a few people that have “failed” the Gallup, but still got to move forward due to the endorsements of their peers.

@@PierrePacini Thank you!! It’s been a passion since September and I set a vision and I’m just making sure it comes reality. Yes I was referred through the hiring managers counterpart on LinkedIn and then I have a connection that’s been working at Stryker for 22 years and he sent me the application through his referral portal. It’s almost like it’s meant to be. I know you’ve had a lot more experience since Stryker but you have great resources and insight thank you!!
