@@PierrePacini thanks for the advice. I will refresh myself on the a&p. Former surg. tech from the navy, not a lot of sales exp. So I will definitely be leaning into that knowledge

@Paul-up7if that’ll be huge for helping set up back tables with your product. You’ll be able to let them know for example, pick up the torq driver sitting next to the army navy. A lot of our work is orchestrating back table and being a couple of steps ahead of the surgeon.

That’s a great question.. I’ll go as if it’s every level with only sales exp and no pharma - roughly $70-97k before bonus with the usual car package perks etc
