Thank you for your informative video. I’ve watched many Asana tutorials and your video was by far the most helpful. Be well and stay healthy!

I was just about to comment the exact same thing. Very informative and helpful! I really appreciate seeing how people actually use Asana vs tutorials where people have set up dummy accounts to use as an example.

Hi Paul. I concur with Mina Athena's comment. Your close to 15-minute video gave me such clarity of what ASANA can do and how it can be applied in the real world. Although it was an item that I knew needed to be done, your last section on "Knowledge Base" suddenly made ASANA go thru the roof. Appreciate your sharing of knowledge. Thumbs up. Thank you.

Hi, I could see the article that refers to the graph: teams spend more time on "work about work" than doing work 🙏 Great content, thanks

I have been using Asana for over a year for my team. I love most of what it does. I will admit I use the free version because the paid version requires every person to pay and it would be very expensive for me. What I find frustrating about it is the lack of ability to oversee what the person has been working on or is working on or forgot to work on that day or week to ensure that the hours allotted to them are being utilized efficiently and to ensure their tasks are in progress. I was hoping your video would shed some light on how to oversee this because I don't want to require daily project/task/time sheets for my admins.

I believe with the paid asana, you can use reports. You should see if only you need to pay for it to be able to generate a report

If you do a search on an assignee’s name, you can see a list of all their tasks.

if we have multiple teams under a project (like SAFe) then should we have multiple kanban boards / wip's and done columns ?

Can we set estimated time to finish specific task so that we can monitor the daily workload if it is enough for each person ?
@mrjohncrumpton3 ай бұрын
You can. Turn on this in settings (estimated time). It has actual time too via way of a timer so you can compare and improve estimates
