I would like to describe my life as organized chaos. 😂 I think what you have going there is structure and organizing I probably could do with but I'm in my late 50's And I know myself pretty well that I would probably stick with that for about a week and then my enthusiasm gradually fade and not log things in anymore. I couldn't even keep a journal for long. 😉 It's great that it's helpful to you. You have a lot going on so I can see why you would need that. I am a stay at home person and do not have a heavy schedule as yourself. The sleep study you did on yourself is very interesting. How about that. Incredible to think you lost that many days. I am sure mine would be similar. I have a chronic pain condition and I don't always get solid sound sleep. On another note. I did not know you were a Muslim and a follower of Islam. That kind of surprises me. Is it a recent thing? I have been following you for years now and you didn't strike me as someone who would subscribe to any kind of religion. I don't know why I thought that, just the vibe I suppose. You seem a chill person, creative and I just felt you had a free spirit, free thinking kind of way about you. So there you go, what do I know. 😂 If it brings you peace and you are happy then I wish you well. 😊

I understand completely haha. It does help me for the most part but every few months I realize I'm doing too much or tracking too much and simplify it. But it works so far haha. Hopefully one day I can simplify my life more but it is what it is for now. I started learning about Islam in 2020. You are right, I am more of a free thinker and still am. I question many, many things all the time, even within Islam. I'm always learning and growing. But it works for me and I don't push it on anyone else, or even bring it up. This is really the first video where I've ever mentioned it haha. But I officially became Muslim in early 2022 after practicing since 2020. Just wanted to see how I felt about it and if it was something I enjoyed in my life. My fiance is Muslim, so that's kind of where it all started, but I'm not someone that could ever just do something like that to be with someone else. I can't live a fake life and I wouldn't do it. So I had to make sure it was something that aligned with me. I took it very slow, asked many, many questions and practiced for almost 3 years before deciding, so it wasn't a decision I made lightly. But it benefits my life :) so I'm happy and feel at peace. Didn't change who I am, it's just expressed in a different manner - if that makes sense. And I appreciate your kind words :)

Yes it happens, to a lot of KZbinrs. A recent video of mine got over 100K in a few days, so just depends on the upload. I haven't been consistent in the past with my channel and I've had my channel since 2011, so it's been slow organic growth for many years. So this year I've started to finally being consistent with weekly uploads. It's a long hard journey but it's worth it.
