1 - Have 1 desire / 1 clear outcome. 2 - For 9 seconds you're going to feel into what the result feels like. 3 - To focus your complete attention with no outside distractions .. Close your eyes or a look at a blank wall for 9 seconds to feel the result. 4 - After 9 seconds drop it completely. 5 - Set your alarm for every hour while you're awake to repeat this method of feeling the result for 9 seconds by living from the end. Do this for 3 days.
