I love how real you are! These topics shouldn't be so hush hush, they're actually pretty common. In fact, I was just having anxiety and bam! Anwen read my mind. Much love 💘

I can so very much relate , c.p.t.s.d , major depression , and anxiety , intrusive thoughts , much trauma in childhood ...yes you know logically but i think H.S.P. HIGHLY SENSITIVE PPL....And a lot of physical illness also comes with it ...when i was in my 30s i through myself into everything i could to help , i am a reiki master , did extensive meditation , you name it ..it truly is hard for others to understand , i could ramble on and on , but you have to think of you and that's so hard i think to do , especially with young children . But honestly i get it , sending you much love and peace always , big hugs xxxxooooxoxo p.s ..you are being honest and these topics need to be talked about , not swept under the carpet , i have lost 7 in my family to suicide and understand both sides of this ...and there is far to many young ppl suffering in silence ....it needs addressing ...give yourself a pat on the back for bringing this up .

Thank you for sharing! I have switched my mindset also. Instead of “I have to go to a meeting tomorrow” I have been thinking “I GET to go to a meeting tomorrow”. This has helped me realize just how lucky I am to have a job, a house that I wake up in and a day ahead of me.

Thank you for sharing this anwen❤️ it happened to me these past months. Work is so consuming especially now that we are working from home. Every Friday i would be happy for half an hour thinking about weekend, and lost my sleep in the night, hating and worrying about monday. It’s exhausting

Great vid Anwen and thank you . I am an anxiety sufferer and my method is to tell myself that I will worry about the problem but I will worry about it tomorrow , then tomorrow comes and I repeat . Tomorrow never comes.....I really have to believe it and be focused and it usually works. (Hope that made sense-I am not very good at explaining things).xxx

Hello Anwen, there was a study about it and it seems that the brain by nature, so much easier goes into the negative way than into the positive direction. The world's influences also have a big part in this, and to change this, it needs a lot of training and self-knowledge.

I'm here for you, and I'm happy that somewhere inside yourself you found a way to make sense of your anxiety and self-doubt. We can offer all sorts of wonderful advice but until the light clicks on for those experiencing it that advice, no matter how well-meaning, isn't very meaningful to us. That you've found a way to cope via being in the moment, I think that's great and makes your life richer. It can be challenging for many to let go of something that has been an uncomfortable comfort (the known - anxiety - being far more familiar than no anxiety) to be present, right here, right now, and appreciate these moments. Go listen to Van Halen's Right Now, and when you need a little reminder, go back and listen to it again, allowing the song and the words to trigger those "Be Present" feelings and moments. I love ya lady, and if I lived in Manchester (I'm in Ft Worth TX) I would INSIST that we be BFFs and do stuff, like go for a coffee, or binge watch Netflix and eat junk food LOL to you, the boys, and Hunies!

I was so anxious as a child it wasn't until I was around fourteen I had counseling for trauma and finally felt able to talk to my wider family and find friends it was so tough we all have a trigger to bring it one but I can definitely get where you're coming from when anxiety hits I just can't go out 💖

I've found Buddhism helpful for many years. I like the orientation towards the middle path since my brain goes off in different directions and moderation seems to be helpful in many situations. Dichotomous thinking tends to put too much unnecessary on things

Thank you for sharing this Anwen 💗 I’m hope you recover 100% ASAP from covid. I’ve had anxiety my whole life, only recently knowing what it is. I went through hell the past two years with family illness, income loss and then covid happening around the world, it caused me to recently have a panic attack and it was scary. I need to try and do what you’ve suggested, and as many have suggested, but said in a less nicer way, to block out negative thoughts and live in the moment. Sending you love and strength always 😘♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
