Hey Liz, Small tip, don't boil your broccoli ........Just cook it directly to preserve the nutrients. If its garden brocolli just wash of the soil abit but any residue won't hurt😊. For the mushrooms, wet a kitchen towel and just pat them clean instead of dehydrating them. Your doing a great job!

Hi Liz, loved the dress. You look beautiful. Tip for the lasagna, prepare your mince first then start the pasta after. This will lessen the time the pasta sits. Add some oil to the water to avoid sticking together. Add sauce on the last layer to keep it moist on top. You can sprinkle the cheese on the sauce. This stops the top from being too crisp and dry. You can also do a simple cheese sauce (more work) for the top. The broccoli can be tossed in with mushrooms and not boiled or just dip in hot water for few seconds. Overall a job well done

Hi Lady Liz, may I suggest using a large bath towel with a plastic under towel, to prevent possible water spillage on carpet, plus, giving hubby a level of comfort, against oil from the foot massage. Liz you can make your own white sauce by melting some butter in a pot then add the flour and mix together until it comes away from the pot then add the milk until it get thick but not too thick then add your salt and pepper or seasonings of your choice to taste then add your cheese to the sauce and mix well or you can do a plain white sauce without the cheese. If you are going to make macaroni pie then add cheese to the sauce hope this helps you liz love you guys by the way the food looks delicious
