Hi Tim! If you're at an art festival, do you package your art for the customer once it's sold or do you just hand the canvas to them? If you DO package your art after purchase, what do you use? I hear a lot of people prefer to just hand the canvas over so that other shoppers can see your art while the buyer heads back to their car, but I would hate for an expensive painting to get damaged along the way. I was hoping there was an environmentally friendly way to package art, but on rainy days, it would have to be something plastic I'm sure.

Thank you for this inspiring and precious advice! It contrasts with everything I hear from other teachers about finding the voice. But your way sounds very logical and again very inspiring. So that is what I’m going to do for the next few years! Thank you so much! ❤️

Your art talks make me so happy and validate that what I'm doing is true to myself. I've been told so many times to quit painting flowers and vases because they won't sell, and that people want something different that fits the market. (In fact, I was told that today by a "professional.") But here you are, making me smile! I've spent years developing my technique, figuring out what makes me happy, gives me chills, and reflects my character and emotions. I will continue doing that. Art should speak to you first, before it speaks to others. If an artist can convey their feelings and emotions through their painting and create something unique, they'll reach the right audience. After all, not everyone loves the Mona Lisa. As you mentioned, galleries and exhibitions that display transparent art (I love your description, by the way!) are not where we want to be. Thank you for this episode.
